About Us
Welcome to The Collective Connection — a modern Pilates studio in Cayuga, offering reformer and mat based classes in an intimate, home-studio setting. We believe movement is more than just exercise — it’s about connection, balance, and feeling your best. We offer small-group drop-in and semi-private mat classes, perfect to book with friends, while our reformer sessions are exclusively private 1:1 for a personalized experience. Our sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reach your personal wellness goals with support and guidance every step of the way. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, The Collective Connection is a space to feel strong, grounded, and inspired.
Meet Your Instructor

Samantha Memme
Hi, I’m Sam!
I founded The Collective Connection to create a space where movement feels empowering, approachable, and fun. I teach reformer and mat Pilates with a focus on strength, balance, and connection — tailoring each session to meet your goals. Whether you’re new to Pilates or deepening your practice, my goal is to help you leave class feeling strong, grounded, and inspired.
Outside the studio, I love exploring ways to make wellness creative and personal, from thoughtful props to curated playlists that elevate every session. I can’t wait to guide you on your movement journey!
Our Values
At The Collective Connection, we believe movement is about more than exercise — it’s about connection, growth, and creating space for all bodies to thrive. Our values are rooted in respect, care, and community.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge with respect that our studio is located on the traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabeg, and Neutral peoples. This land has been, and continues to be, home to Indigenous communities, and we are grateful to be able to gather, move, and grow here.
We recognize the ongoing connection Indigenous peoples have to this land and honor their histories, traditions, and contributions. With this acknowledgement, we commit to fostering a spirit of respect, learning, and community within our space.
Inclusion & Accessibility
We strive to make Pilates welcoming and accessible for everyone. At this time, please note:
-
Entry to the home studio requires climbing four steps up and down, the space is not wheelchair accessible.
-
Once inside, everything is located on a single level, with an open studio layout
-
Our studio is committed to being a safe and inclusive space, where all people and communities are respected and valued.
-
Respect and kindness are at the heart of what we do, and we ask the same of everyone who joins us.
If you have accessibility needs or specific considerations, please reach out before your visit — we’re happy to work with you to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
